Vegan Puso ng Saging Burger

Ingredients

Puso ng Saging 
Garlic 
Onions
Spring Onions
All-Purpose Flour
Water
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable Oil



To prepare Puso ng Saging - Remove the pistil (hard part inside the floret) and throw away. Boil water. When already boiling, add puso ng saging. When cooked, remove and drain. Slice puso ng saging. Mince the Puso ng Saging and squeeze the water out of it. Set aside.

Add your all-purpose flour and a little water...

Add garlic, onions, spring onions, salt and pepper.


Fry in vegetable oil...

So good with white rice and tomato ketchup...
