Vegan Maruya

Easiest Maruya ever! My friend, Kate, shared this recipe to me. I tried it right away because it was so easy and tastes really good! 

In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour and water. Slice ripe bananas (saba) like a fan but do not include the tip. Dip into the flour and water mixture. Fry in vegetable oil. When done, dust with white sugar.
