Spinach is one of the world's famous leafy vegetables. My son, Dominic, loves Spinach! It's easy to cook and tastes good with rice.
Spinach has so many health benefits wherein it promotes healthy blood circulation, keeps your digestive system moving, rich in iron, improves your vision, gives you energy and so many more.

In a pan, heat olive oil. Sauté garlic, onions and tomatoes. Add Spinach (properly washed). Mix well. Season with Himalayan Pink Salt.
