Vegan Kalabasa With Alugbati
I love Kalabasa. It's very healthy. It helps you improve your vision, strengthens the immune system, reduces blood pressure, good for your skin and so many more.
Alugbati Leaves is also my favorite because it prevents anemia, releases toxins, improves your vision, controls blood pressure and so many more.
Sharing with you guys this super easy Vegan recipe that you can cook at home. One whole small Kalabasa in the market costs only around Php40. One bundle of Alugbati Leaves costs around Php20. So, it's very affordable and healthy.
In a pan, heat olive oil. Sauté garlic and onions. Add Kalabasa. Mix well. Season with soy sauce. Add a little water. When Kalabasa is already soft, add tomatoes and red bell pepper. Mix well for a few minutes. Lastly, add Alugbati Leaves. Do a taste test. You can add more soy sauce or Himalayan pink salt if needed.
