Barangay Iponan - Humba Festival 2017

Daghang salamat Kap. Gaga Brilleta, Barangay Council ug sa tanan Iponanons! Lingaw kaayo ko sa pag judge sa Table Setting sa Humba Festival! This is not my first time to judge the Humba Festival. The last time I was assigned to judge the food tasting when I wasn't Vegan yet. Hehe =)

There were 40 participants in the plaza that joined the Humba Festival. Iponan is famous for their delicious Humba. Different methods and ways of cooking Humba was also judged by the other judges. When it's fiesta, Humba is always the first thing you look for in the buffet table. 

Mga malipayon ug smiling kaayo ang mga Iponanons mao excited kaayo ko pag sa Iponan ko mag judge. Lami pa gyud kaayo ang mga pagkaon.
