Baked Zucchini with Parmesan
Hello friends! Sharing with you all this super easy Zucchini recipe. Super yummy!
It’s seldom that I see Zucchinis at the grocery where I live now, here in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. Saw some at Rustan’s Fresh last week so I decided to make this recipe for the boys. I love to bake my veggies. Here’s a super easy recipe that you guys can try at home. You can even use your toaster if you don’t have an oven. Zucchini is a good source of Vitamin C.
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
Salt ( I use Himalayan Pink Salt at home. You can estimate how much salt to put in.)
Slice Zucchinis (not too thin) then coat in olive oil. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well. Coat the zucchinis then place on a greased tray. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
